Real estate sales records are bound to be broken.
And once again, Driven Properties has not disappointed with the closing of a property in the Villa Amalfi development on Dubai’s Jumeirah Bay island.
The five-bedroom, 4,558-square-foot semi-detached house set a new high bar of AED 35.5 million (about US$9.67 million), making it the most expensive semi-detached house ever sold in the city of the United Arab Emirates. Negotiating the deal were ultra-high-rise property specialists Kianoush Darban and Lina Allaoa, Driven Properties founder Abdullah Alajaji announced.
“Jumeirah Bay has outperformed all areas of Dubai in terms of price growth in the last two years and has become the most sought after destination for very high net worth individuals,” he said. “Following the success and outright sale of our project on the island, Sea Mirror, we have seen an increase in demand for other properties on the island, in particular Bulgari Residences and Amalfi.”
Among Villa Amalfi Coast’s attractions are the views from the rooftop terraces, which take in both the Arabian Gulf and the city skyline. Designed for contemporary living and incorporating high-end finishes, the homes are built around a private park and feature a range of community facilities. The Bulgari Hotel Yacht Club is just a short walk away.
This is not the first record that Driven Properties has broken. The company’s list of achievements includes the sale of the most expensive residential land in Dubai, also on the island of Jumeirah Bay, for AED 70 million (about US$19 million), the most expensive penthouse in One at Palm Jumeirah for AED 85 million (approximately US$23 million) and the highest recorded price per square foot sale of Dubia at Bulgari Resort and Residences at AED 12,624 (over US$3,400) per square foot.
