Ousmane Dembele gives big hint about Chelsea transfer decision as Todd Boehly made the promise

Chelsea have been given a major boost to sign Ousmane Demeble in the upcoming transfer window. The 25-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge this season with Thomas Tuchel planning a rebuild this summer.
