Harry Kane beats Jimmy Fallon at table football and discusses England record while Tottenham star appears on The Tonight Show

Tottenham fans will no doubt miss football even now that the season is over and dusted after her top 4 finish.

But thanks to Harry Kane, they can still fix their Spurs – even if it’s not about watching him on the pitch.

Kane gave Fallon a glimpse into life as England’s captain

The England captain appeared on US TV personality Jimmy Fallon’s ‘The Tonight Show’ on Thursday night and spoke on a whole range of subjects, from Tom Brady to England’s captaincy.

The Spurs star currently has 49 goals for his country with Wayne Rooney’s record of 53 within reach.

And when asked by Fallon how he was feeling ahead of the 2022 World Cup, knowing he’s just four goals away from England’s top scorer, Kane said: “I’m excited, you know.

“The last World Cup was very special, we reached the semifinals, the first semifinals as a nation in 30 years.

“The country was pretty crazy. But of course we fell short of that one step, so I’m looking forward to that one.

“We have a really good team, really great players, a really good coach. We’ve prepared very well for this World Cup and I’m really looking forward to it.

“Hopefully I can break that goal record when we get there.”

But it wasn’t just serious football talk for Fallon and Kane.

Not long after telling the Spurs star how much he loved playing when he was at FIFA, the TV presenter pulled out a mini football table.

“I wanted to challenge you,” Fallon said, “but you would just crush me. But then I thought this might be a good idea.

“Would you like to play me in a foosball game?”

The pair agreed that the first to win would win a point or two.

No prizes to guess who was victorious…
