Moving objects stay in motion.

Natalie Shimmel (4 goals), Lauren Mahoney (2) and Simone Thiel guided the Knights (10-2) into non-league action Monday.

Marissa Khalil scored a goal in the first half for the Royals (8-3-1).

Shimmel and Mahoney also helped Hoban, as did Lauren Tonsing, Carly Jones, Emma Rasmussen, Ava Lucey and Reese Gallagher.

Ava Bell and Maya Lake had multi-point games for the Explorers (7-2-1) with two goals apiece in non-league play. Chloe Bigham and Katie Miele also scored.

Sydney Tucker scored twice and Rachel Wenzel added the other goal to lead the Orangemen (11-2) to their 27th straight win on home turf. Natalie Onchak kept the Blue Devils (3-5-1) from going out.

North Royalton 2, Highlands 1

Avery Keitlen scored twice for the Bears (5-5) in this win over the Hornets (3-6-1).

Manchester 7, North West 0

Lauren Gunsett (4 goals), Katie Norris (2 goals, 2 assists) and Gina Tipton (0, 2) all scored multi-point games for the Panthers (12-1, 7-0) in Directors’ Athletic Conference action.
