Azeez, 19, spent the first half of this season at Portsmouth where he played ten games. Meanwhile, 18-year-old Hutchinson has played for Arsenal’s Under-23 side, where he has scored six goals in 17 games.
Reading are reportedly keen to loan both players out as they look to add quality to their squad after a narrow relegation in the Championship last season.
The report went on to say that the club’s qualification for the Europa League will give youngsters a chance in the competition.
In recent years, the likes of Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith-Rowe have risen to prominence through debut games in the Europa League.
Meanwhile, coach Mikel Arteta will need a bigger squad next season to handle the extra games.
The north London side have been linked with a move to a left-back after the departure of Konstantinos Mavropanos to Stuttgart and the expected departure of Pablo Mari to Udinese.
They have also been rumored to be offering Manchester City’s Oleksandr Zinchenko to expand their options at left-back after Nuno Tavares has struggled in the role this season.
Earlier this year, Arteta revealed that he expects to be very active in the transfer market.
He said: “I expect so, yes (a busy summer). I think both competitions (the Champions League and the Europa League) require a much larger squad because the number of games you play is much larger in both.
“If you can afford it financially and we don’t have to do the squad turnaround that we had to do if you ask me what I want, it’s 22 outfield players and three goalies.”
