Woman’s magazine cover features iconic image of a naked woman in the middle of the Hudson River article The New York Times magazine is set to feature an iconic image from the magazine’s history on its cover, as the title of the magazine and the magazine cover are set to go head to head on the cover of the April 15 issue.
The cover image, which appears on the front page, features an “A New York Woman” with her bare legs in the midst of the river, a reference to the iconic image on the magazine covers of the 1970s.
In addition to the New York image, the magazine will feature a shot of a “woman with a bra” with the word “bikini” written across the chest, and will feature the phrase “Bikini Girls.”
The magazine also features a photo of a man sitting on a boat in the Hudson, a nod to the image of the woman on the right of the image on cover.
A “bikinis” and “boobs” section will feature photos of women with bra and braless breasts.
